    Little displeased

    My order arrived completely soaked, and the photos I provided clearly showed the damage. Several items were missing, including the whipped soaps, yet I was still asked for photos of contents that weren’t even in the parcel. The repeated requests caused unnecessary delays, and the lack of efficient customer service left me very disappointed. I wouldn’t order again.

    I’m really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience — that’s never what we want for our customers. I understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a damaged parcel and to feel that the process took longer than expected. Our track record has always been impeccable, and we remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of service.


    When items arrive wet or missing, we do need specific photos of the contents and packaging so we can file a claim with the courier and make sure you receive a replacement or refund. I apologise if this felt repetitive or inconvenient — that was not our intention. We only ask for the required evidence so your claim can be fully resolved.


    We did reach out requesting the additional photos needed, but without them we weren't able to complete the refund or replacement.The warehouse informed me today that the items were definitely dispatched and however, if the box was delivered in this condition then it's possible that they may have fallen out of the box whilst with the delivery driver. As there is no way we can provide physical proof of this, we can either arrange for the missing soaps to be sent out to you or arrange for a refund.
