We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Items should be returned in their original condition, with their original packaging where possible.

Some sealed bath, body and beauty products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns once unsealed, where they are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at sales@soakandscent.co.uk. Photographs may be requested to help us investigate.

Refunds and returns will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to stop an order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, you may need to follow our returns procedure.

Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.
