• Select the Right Aromatherapy Shower Steamer - Place the shower steamer on a flat surface in your shower either in a corner of the shower floor, on a shower shelf or an aroma dish away from the direct stream of water.
• Allow water to hit the shower steamer indirectly. Before stepping in, turn on hot water to allow steam to accumulate. The steamer needs steam to fully activate the essential oils.
• Allow Steamers to Dissolve - As you're having your shower, the steam and water will gradually dissolve the aromatherapy shower steamer, releasing its therapeutic scents into the air. Take slow, deep breaths to inhale the aromatic vapours and allow them to work their magic.

What does Focus Booster smell like?
It has a fresh herbal-citrus fragrance created with spearmint, lemon and eucalyptus essential oils.

How do I use a shower steamer?
Place one on the shower floor away from the direct stream. Allow warm splashes and steam to activate it gradually.

How long does one last?
Dissolving time depends on its position and the strength of the water flow. Keeping it away from direct water helps it dissolve more gradually.

Can it be used as a bath bomb?
No. It is intended for shower use and should not be placed in bathwater or applied directly to the skin.
